The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cacá Ramalho during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to MUSHIBA FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Cacá Ramalho hit a great ball. Severino Marquez struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Enrique Belasko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MUSHIBA FC. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erasmo Celino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
