Ugutz Suero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mendez Arraiz went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's Hector-Luis Cadrecha got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute of the match Humberto Loarte sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ugutz Suero skillfully saved the ball. Ugutz Suero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arboleda Preciado, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 27th match minute, Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neicer Maltrana to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mendez Arraiz in the 29th minute of play forced Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's goalkeeper Ugutz Suero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Jacinto Ordax shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ugutz Suero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arboleda Preciado scored 1-5 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ugutz Suero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 71 minutes into the game, Jacinto Ordax cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Ugutz Suero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ugutz Suero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xzavion Coteron, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Uriel Sandines came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's Neicer Maltrana. But to his dismay, Neicer Maltrana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-6. Geovanni Valle hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
