The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joaquin Phelipe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Academia Club's Aureliano Pacifico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Academia Club from getting a goal against them. Amado Osmundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Phelipe in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute Joaquin Phelipe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Osmundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Baraja Española FC's Baltasar Edorta slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aureliano Pacifico. That made the score 5-1 after 95 minutes of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Academia Club had won after a very even match.
