Seating: 1651, VIP seats: 142) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Siro Truylos made the kick off which started today's match. If Teo Garci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Marull defense, Siro Truylos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Freddy Gamus. The Marull fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Freddy Gamus should have stopped the shot. Freddy Gamus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Rius in the 12th minute of play. Marull's Freddy Gamus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Candido Rius in the 14th minute of play. Paulo Asteri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Aquiles Fe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filiberto Xabel during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Central Malaver's Aquiles Fe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Asteri in the 26th minute of play. Aquiles Fe made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Teo Garci sent off a good shot on target. 29 minutes into the match, Marull's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Truylos came free, but Freddy Gamus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Siro Truylos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulo Asteri was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 35th minute. Marull's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Siro Truylos came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Central Malaver fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siro Truylos couldn't finish the play. Freddy Gamus came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Central Malaver's Siro Truylos. But to his dismay, Siro Truylos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of Central Malaver booed when Marull was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelino Ermengol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulo Asteri to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Central Malaver's Siro Truylos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Freddy Gamus. Freddy Gamus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Freddy Gamus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norberto Petrigai in the 61st minute. Candido Rius kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Iker Berbiz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 68 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the game, one of Central Malaver:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Aquiles Fe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Asteri in the 75th minute of play. Reynaldo Sabin charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reynaldo Sabin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Central Malaver getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Reynaldo Sabin hit a great ball. If Jesus Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Marull's Paulo Asteri in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Central Malaver's goalie prevented a goal.
