In the 10th minute, Valencia CF Mindszent's György Weszely ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Elliot Lindström. Elliot Lindström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, IFK Gladdarna's goalkeeper Elliot Lindström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Márton Koncz. A hard shot 18 in the game by György Weszely from a close distance when the talented Elliot Lindström managed to make a qualified save. IFK Gladdarna's players were relieved. IFK Gladdarna's Elliot Lindström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save IFK Gladdarna from getting a goal against them. Georg Lundberg missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 49 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Bálint Irmai right hand side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when György Weszely made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Valencia CF Mindszent's György Weszely nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elliot Lindström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. In the 59th minute György Weszely shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliot Lindström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elliot Lindström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from György Weszely, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Endre Kocsis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elliot Lindström having to make a save. In the 71st minute Márton Koncz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliot Lindström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Valencia CF Mindszent's Zoltán Solti got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Márton Koncz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valencia CF Mindszent's attentive Zoltán Solti managed to snatch the ball when Sven-Edvin Nordmark made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. 81 minutes into the match, IFK Gladdarna's goal looked a bit too open when Zoltán Solti came free, but Elliot Lindström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored IFK Gladdarna's protests and gave Göran Sundén a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to IFK Gladdarna getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Göran Sundén hit a great ball. György Weszely sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. IFK Gladdarna's Elliot Lindström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by György Weszely in the 90th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers György Weszely in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elliot Lindström saved IFK Gladdarna from getting behind. Gert Söderberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Bálint Irmai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 96 minutes into the game, when Levente Kardos put in a rough tackle. Levente Kardos hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Valencia CF Mindszent's Bálint Irmai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Valencia CF Mindszent from getting a goal against them. Valencia CF Mindszent's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
