Emalia Olkusz's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Olaf Rawa in the 5th minute. The corner ended in Martin Grøtterud almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson did a great save. Henry Fagerberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sunday Niedziela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. After 12 minutes, Marcin Zworski made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Rönnöfors FF's Per Tunström in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Tunström in the 31st minute of play forced Emalia Olkusz's goalkeeper Sunday Niedziela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Rönnöfors FF's goalkeeper Magne Gunnarsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Innar Laaneloog. After a defensive mix-up in Rönnöfors FF's zone, Hemminki Koivula stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magne Gunnarsson came out of the goal and Hemminki Koivula tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcin Zworski got free with Magne Gunnarsson in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rönnöfors FF were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Emalia Olkusz's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Per Stenberg took the corner. Per Stenberg made a great header on Rönnöfors FF's corner, it was just that Emalia Olkusz's Sunday Niedziela managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 42nd match minute, Rönnöfors FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Stenberg to maneuver through the defense. Marcin Zworski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Magne Gunnarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Innar Laaneloog, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Emalia Olkusz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rönnöfors FF the free kick. In the 95th match minute, Emalia Olkusz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Innar Laaneloog to maneuver through the defense. Per Tunström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
Emalia Olkusz walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
