Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Ovidiu Cosâmbescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ding 曹操 in the 3rd minute of play. Ovidiu Cosâmbescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fang Bin Tian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ovidiu Cosâmbescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fang Bin Tian in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute of the match, Dawid Rudy tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ahmet Necdet Razi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A sloppy throw-in by Nicolau Taveira in the 16th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Michal Jaraczewski. After taking down the ball on Gocław Wilga Warszawa's corner Dawid Rudy fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ahmet Necdet Razi quite easily take care of the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Gocław Wilga Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Mawrth Hamill came free, but Ovidiu Cosâmbescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dobromir Juchno took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ahmet Necdet Razi. In the 27th minute Flavius Ilica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Cosâmbescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Swansea University F.C's goalkeeper Ahmet Necdet Razi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dobromir Juchno. The supporters of Gocław Wilga Warszawa booed when Swansea University F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolau Taveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 33 played minutes Swansea University F.C got a freekick which was hit by Nodens Charlton. Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Artur Rasimowicz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Nicolau Taveira charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolau Taveira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Swansea University F.C booed when Gocław Wilga Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stanislaw Koperski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolau Taveira hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Dong Yuan Feng in the 53rd minute of play forced Swansea University F.C's goalkeeper Ahmet Necdet Razi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
