Falcão Cunha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 17 minutes into the match, Gracie Barra's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Espadas came free, but Falcão Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Armani made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Augusto Saldanha sent off a good shot on target. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armando Armani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute Adrián Espadas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Falcão Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nilton Botelho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Armando Armani made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nilton Botelho in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Armani saved Soroca F.C. from getting behind. Armando Armani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nilton Botelho in the 33rd minute. Nilton Botelho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Armando Armani made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Saldanha in the 41st minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Armani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Soroca F.C.'s Armando Armani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Soroca F.C. from getting a goal against them.

Răzvan Necula took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Falcão Cunha. Falcão Cunha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Snorri De Hond in the 77th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Armani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Snorri De Hond came free, but Armando Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Soroca F.C.'s Armando Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo de Queirós in the 81st minute of play. The Soroca F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
