With an all-out effort, GERLIROJO Ψ's Agustin Goyo threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lorenzo Oliverios, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 9th minute Saturnino Roldan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Morata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isidro Larra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Agustin Goyo having to make a save. Juan Morata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Tono in the 17th minute of play. Ex Inferis were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after GERLIROJO Ψ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Saturnino Roldan took the corner. Agustin Goyo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Martin Jax showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 24 minute of play. Juan Morata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Tono, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, GERLIROJO Ψ's Martin Jax sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Agustin Goyo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Agustin Goyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Jax in the 35th minute of the match. Martin Jax received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Agustin Goyo came out and tried to block the shot, but Martin Jax slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 41st minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Ex Inferis's Fernandão Tande was substituted for Prudencio Senen. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Jax was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, GERLIROJO Ψ's Martin Jax sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Agustin Goyo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Martin Jax might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Agustin Goyo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Jax ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isidro Larra during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ex Inferis booed when GERLIROJO Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Larra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernard Zielinski kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Agustin Goyo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Jax's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Ex Inferis's Florencio Oier was substituted for Saturnino Roldan. GERLIROJO Ψ's Jesus Rios was substituted for Lorenzo Oliverios. GERLIROJO Ψ's attentive Eulalio Ekain managed to snatch the ball when Edelmiro Abalos made a throw-in in the 74th minute of the game. Juan Morata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Oier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by GERLIROJO Ψ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Haroldo Erramu was slow to take the kick. During this time Ex Inferis's players had a chance to rest. A throw-in in the 85th minute of the game was made by Victorino Lleir with Florencio Oier as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 88th match minute, Ex Inferis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Flor to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute of the match GERLIROJO Ψ got a corner. Ex Inferis's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Efrain Bazkoare ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to GERLIROJO Ψ's Isidro Larra getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 92nd match minute, GERLIROJO Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Ferrer to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Epifanio Ibañez in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agustin Goyo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ex Inferis players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for GERLIROJO Ψ.
