Lucas Beltran received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yan Ang Jun came out and tried to block the shot, but Lucas Beltran slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. Lucas Beltran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yan Ang Jun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Lucas Beltran's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yan Ang Jun was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. The supporters of Chimborazo A.F.C booed when Crisólia FBPA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Iztal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Chimborazo A.F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Beltran came free, but Yan Ang Jun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yan Ang Jun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Beltran in the 20th minute of play. Ismael Toscano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Asur, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Yan Ang Jun was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lucas Beltran showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. Yan Ang Jun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Iztal, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Chimborazo A.F.C's goalkeeper Yan Ang Jun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Beltran. Esteve Urtungo made in the 36th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Crisólia FBPA's Ke Zhi. Chimborazo A.F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Lucas Beltran scored to the left of an out of position Yan Ang Jun, making the score, 4-0. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Crisólia FBPA's goalkeeper Ismael Toscano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ernesto Pacifico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Crisólia FBPA's Ismael Toscano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Asur in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Claudiu Niculescu made the kick off in the second half. Lucas Beltran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yan Ang Jun having to make a save. A sloppy throw-in by Esteve Urtungo in the 58th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Crisólia FBPA's Vivaldo de Salles. 60 minutes into the match, Crisólia FBPA's Flavio Iztal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yan Ang Jun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 70 minutes into the game, Esteve Urtungo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chimborazo A.F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crisólia FBPA the free kick. In the 70th minute, Esteve Urtungo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esteve Urtungo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Victorio Gregory sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Yan Ang Jun came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Crisólia FBPA's Lucas Beltran. But to his dismay, Lucas Beltran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. 84 minutes into the match, Chimborazo A.F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Beltran came free, but Yan Ang Jun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ernesto Pacifico came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Chimborazo A.F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernesto Pacifico couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chimborazo A.F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Crisólia FBPA.
