Tracto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gartzen Ceceil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Gartzen Ceceil notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Kolos's Geovani Baiano. Geovani Baiano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vyacheslav Nechyporuk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Gigih Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gartzen Ceceil in the 24th minute of play forced FC Kolos's goalkeeper Geovani Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Vyacheslav Nechyporuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Geovani Baiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gartzen Ceceil in the 28th minute of the match. Geovani Baiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gartzen Ceceil, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. FC Kolos's Geovani Baiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gartzen Ceceil in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

FC Kolos made a substitution. Boleslaw Niziolek replaced Evert Sandell. Gartzen Ceceil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 55 minutes into the match, FC Kolos's goal looked a bit too open when Gartzen Ceceil came free, but Geovani Baiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Vyacheslav Nechyporuk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gigih Buffon was relentless in the 79th minute of the game.
