In the 10th minute Zhao Sen Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorival Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Fonseca in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diki Doro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 16 played minutes Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Di Piazza. In the 17th minute Erlin Haaland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diki Doro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardo Di Piazza kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Zhao Sen Yang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 22 minutes into the match, Premier FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zhao Sen Yang came free, but Dorival Freire reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorival Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhao Sen Yang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dorival Freire was a little too slow when Zhao Sen Yang got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 2-0. If Zhao Sen Yang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 40th minute Zhao Sen Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorival Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zhao Sen Yang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dorival Freire having to make a save. 41 minutes into the match, Premier FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zhao Sen Yang came free, but Dorival Freire reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zhao Sen Yang might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dorival Freire. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zhao Sen Yang ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zhao Sen Yang got free with Dorival Freire in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Premier FC booed when Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petre Iftode didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute Gabriel Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diki Doro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabriel Fonseca to make the kick off. Dorival Freire dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Diki Doro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Burkhard Böck in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Primitivo Grau in the 89th minute of play forced Premier FC's goalkeeper Dorival Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diki Doro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erlin Haaland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- had won after a very even match.
