But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrzej Gabis couldn't finish the play. Lech Rosen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amedeo Testa, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 9th minute of the game. One of KKP Spasione Kocury:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bar Marconi United:s goal. Franco Di Giambattista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antoni Karanewski in the 11th minute of the match. Lech Rosen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amos Maietta, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Grzegorz Fabiszak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Franco Di Giambattista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to KKP Spasione Kocury getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Zbyszko Topolski hit a great ball. Amedeo Testa hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Antoni Karanewski notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Bar Marconi United's Franco Di Giambattista. Franco Di Giambattista was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Amedeo Testa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bar Marconi United's supporters rose to their feet, but Amedeo Testa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lech Rosen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute, Amos Maietta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lech Rosen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 32nd minute, Antoni Karanewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th match minute, KKP Spasione Kocury was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tymoteusz Sroki to maneuver through the defense. If Amos Maietta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind KKP Spasione Kocury's goalkeeper Lech Rosen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Amos Maietta made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Bar Marconi United's Corrado Primavera got a free kick in the 55th minute. KKP Spasione Kocury's Tymoteusz Sroki couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 56th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Bar Marconi United. Lech Rosen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amos Maietta, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Antoni Karanewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. KKP Spasione Kocury's Juliusz Fink was substituted for Andrzej Gabis. Amos Maietta struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Lech Rosen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bar Marconi United. In the 86th minute, Bernardo Cameli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franco Di Giambattista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juliusz Fink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to KKP Spasione Kocury getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Remigiusz Siembab hit a great ball. After 94 minutes, Juliusz Fink made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Bar Marconi United's Franco Di Giambattista tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
