The audience was convinced that Osmar Marinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcus Klint was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Osmar Marinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Klint read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Jimmie Björk hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Osmar Marinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcus Klint was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Joakim Björklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Roger Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 45 minutes, Ernani Cavalcante mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aesir FC FSCMZ and the Team Rocco players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ernani Cavalcante hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Roger Luz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Lundin in the 47th minute of play.

With a little luck, Aesir FC FSCMZ's Roger Luz got control of the ball when Lennart Abrahamsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Márcio Carneiro in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcus Klint prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Márcio Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcus Klint showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osmar Marinho in the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Osmar Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Klint saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th match minute, Team Rocco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andréas Snell to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Klint showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márcio Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a rather tough play, Team Rocco's Sven-Oskar Stenquist got a free kick in the 86th minute. After 92 played minutes Team Rocco got a freekick which was hit by Joakim Björklund. Osmar Marinho struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Marcus Klint didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aesir FC FSCMZ.
