After 26 minutes of play, Warlocks -CR-'s Borja Rionda made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jesús Quiroga was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute, Borja Rionda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Fillos de Breogán's Ereinotz Lacorte got a free kick in the 35th minute. Xacintu Ibarrola blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jesús Quiroga having to make a save. In the 38th minute, Borja Rionda reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jesús Quiroga. The goal made the score 2-0. Ereinotz Lacorte's late challenge caught a Warlocks -CR-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ereinotz Lacorte helped the player get up and apologised. Ereinotz Lacorte kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Warlocks -CR-'s Xacintu Ibarrola ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jesús Quiroga. Jesús Quiroga yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yvon Candamil was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Xacintu Ibarrola had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jesús Quiroga. Fillos de Breogán's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xacintu Ibarrola was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 54 minutes into the match, Warlocks -CR-'s Borja Rionda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jesús Quiroga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Warlocks -CR- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Uhin Oteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ereinotz Lacorte in the 64th minute of the match. After 66 minutes, Claus Madariaga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fillos de Breogán and the Warlocks -CR- players grew even worse after the yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xzaver Belda couldn't finish the play. Jesús Quiroga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xacintu Ibarrola in the 73rd minute of play. Ereinotz Lacorte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uhin Oteo having to interfere. After having played for 85 minutes, Yvon Candamil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fillos de Breogán's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yvon Candamil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Paolo Horreo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jesús Quiroga. Fillos de Breogán's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paolo Horreo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Fillos de Breogán's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
