The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Remigio Valentine stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wilson Arce charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Bastioes EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Enéas Moraes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cayetano Quinto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Niceto Mikeldi came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Valdir Ferraz could save by the left post. Epifanio Figueroa kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The supporters of Bastioes EC booed when vengadores Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Valentine didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cayetano Quinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilson Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Bastioes EC's goalkeeper Valdir Ferraz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anastasio Gregory. Anastasio Gregory recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valdir Ferraz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 88th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. In the 93rd minute Durvalino Carioca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Quinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded vengadores Fc left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bastioes EC.
