Diogo Sampaio started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diogo Sampaio in the 7th minute of play forced Jovens Democratas MZC's goalkeeper Edvaldo Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th match minute, Anderbye FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Maranhense to maneuver through the defense. Edvaldo Costa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diogo Sampaio's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 19th match minute, Anderbye FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Fernando Vianna to maneuver through the defense. When Maicon de Amorim came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Jovens Democratas MZC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maicon de Amorim couldn't finish the play. Fabiano Cordeiro tried in the game's 32nd match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Ander Bye. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elivélton Ferraz in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvaldo Costa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maicon de Amorim hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Maicon de Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jovens Democratas MZC's supporters rose to their feet, but Maicon de Amorim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ander Bye breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Jovens Democratas MZC's Gugu Aparecido got a free kick in the 91st minute.
