In the 8th minute, Di Che ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lionel Paly was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Di Che struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Lionel Paly didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dolinka FK. Lionel Paly stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Di Che's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Di Che in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lionel Paly prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Di Che's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lionel Paly read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Di Che got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Friedrich Nietzsche charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Friedrich Nietzsche the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lionel Paly showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Di Che, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Di Che in the 31st minute of play. When Dolinka FK's Di Che in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Wil 1900's goalie prevented a goal. In the 38th minute of the match Dolinka FK got a corner. FC Wil 1900's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marián Kovach ran over to the corner to take the kick. Di Che was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 39 minutes into the match, Dolinka FK's Di Che sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lionel Paly narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Di Che in the 42nd minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tory Pryor to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes FC Wil 1900 got a freekick which was hit by Pirmin Jäggi. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Di Che managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dolinka FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Di Che was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lionel Paly breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Di Che sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emery Heller in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mário Súľovský saved Dolinka FK from getting behind. In the 64thth minute of the game Di Che who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lionel Paly stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Di Che's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Lionel Paly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Di Che in the 66th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Wil 1900 defense, Di Che kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lionel Paly. The FC Wil 1900 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lionel Paly should have stopped the shot. Dolinka FK made a substitution. Silvester Majerčák replaced Tang Liang Jian. Dolinka FK's Štefan Fecko was substituted for Erberk Tunçtürk. Tory Pryor took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mário Súľovský. Mário Súľovský dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Viktor Petrus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Lionel Paly made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Dolinka FK's Viktor Petrus slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lionel Paly. That made the score 1-4 after 89 minutes of play. In the 92nd minute, Tory Pryor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The FC Wil 1900 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Dolinka FK's performance. The match ended with a win for Dolinka FK.
