With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diamantino Lobo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emerald's Sandu Alungulesei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basílio Silveira in the 11th minute of play. Diamantino Lobo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Druga in the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the match, Adam Druga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Diamantino Lobo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 15 minutes into the match, Emerald's goal looked a bit too open when Basílio Silveira came free, but Sandu Alungulesei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Basílio Silveira took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sandu Alungulesei. Sandu Alungulesei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 19th minute, Victor Piţurcă left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Emerald fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 21st minute Pompiliu Uncheşelu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Lobo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Adam Druga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Diamantino Lobo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sandu Alungulesei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basílio Silveira in the 32nd minute of the match. The supporters of Jacuitiba - FSCMZ booed when Emerald was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandu Goșa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sandu Alungulesei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tao Zhou Ke, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Diamantino Lobo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trifon Ivanov in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basílio Silveira in the 42nd minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper Sandu Alungulesei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Basílio Silveira to make the kick off. Trifon Ivanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Diamantino Lobo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute Adam Druga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Lobo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rdth minute of the game Pompiliu Uncheşelu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Diamantino Lobo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Emerald fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! With a little luck, Emerald's Sandu Alungulesei got control of the ball when Falcão Britto tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Emerald's Cucu Bau got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute Tao Zhou Ke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandu Alungulesei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tao Zhou Ke in the 83rd minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper Sandu Alungulesei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Emerald booed when Jacuitiba - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Negri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emerald made a substitution. Gigi Junilă replaced Cosmin Enigărescu. Joel Negri kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Adam Druga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Diamantino Lobo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. There was no doubt that Emerald were the better team. Emerald's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
