The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 7 played minutes Aioros FC got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Perón. Beat Vid made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Karl-Heinz Schneider sent off a good shot on target. Domingo Perón fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurențiu Susara having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Aioros FC's Ştefan Lăcătuș seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ştefan Lăcătuș the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Aioros FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ştefan Lăcătuș had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Aioros FC! When the match had been going on for 31 minutes, Saronida FC's Jânio Medeiros got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Beat Vid. The supporters of Saronida FC booed when Aioros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Perón didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kostas Petriniotis kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Karl-Heinz Schneider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beat Vid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jânio Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beat Vid didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Saronida FC's Karl-Heinz Schneider shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute.

Beat Vid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Heinz Schneider in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute Saronida FC were awarded a corner. Kostas Petriniotis went to the cornerflag to take it. Kostas Petriniotis made a great header on Saronida FC's corner, it was just that Aioros FC's Beat Vid managed to reach the ball for a save. Beat Vid came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Saronida FC's Kostas Petriniotis. But to his dismay, Kostas Petriniotis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Beat Vid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Heinz Schneider in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jânio Medeiros in the 68th minute of play forced Aioros FC's goalkeeper Beat Vid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Yasen Skenderski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aioros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yasen Skenderski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saronida FC's Valerios Voutsas was substituted for Jânio Medeiros. Yasen Skenderski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurențiu Susara having to interfere. Jose Miguel Núñez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Laurențiu Susara made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yasen Skenderski in the 81st minute of play forced Saronida FC's goalkeeper Laurențiu Susara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beat Vid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valerios Voutsas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aioros FC's Beat Vid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Heinz Schneider in the 83rd minute of play. Beat Vid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Heinz Schneider, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Domingo Perón came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Laurențiu Susara could save by the left post. In the 87th minute, Jose Miguel Núñez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd match minute, Saronida FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panos Kabourakos to maneuver through the defense. Laurențiu Susara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jose Miguel Núñez went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. For all the effort they put into the match, the Aioros FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Saronida FC.
