Fausto Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Mazzocco having to interfere. The supporters of Infami di Canaus booed when Coritiba Foot Ball Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Romero didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Marquez Padolles notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Infami di Canaus's Angelo Mazzocco. After 39 played minutes, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Marquez Padolles shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Angelo Mazzocco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Coritiba Foot Ball Club reached it. 41 minutes into the match, Marquez Padolles notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Infami di Canaus's Angelo Mazzocco. Angelo Mazzocco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marquez Padolles took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelo Mazzocco. Angelo Mazzocco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After the first half Coritiba Foot Ball Club were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fausto Romero was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Fausto Romero dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Angelo Mazzocco, 0-5. Angelo Mazzocco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Romero in the 56th minute of the match. Cristiano Carulli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvaro Rudolfo having to make a save. Alvaro Rudolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Carulli in the 58th minute of play. Angelo Mazzocco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquez Padolles in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of Infami di Canaus booed when Coritiba Foot Ball Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 79th minute, Fausto Romero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Marquez Padolles had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelo Mazzocco. Infami di Canaus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marquez Padolles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Fausto Romero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Angelo Mazzocco made a huge save. Angelo Mazzocco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marquez Padolles, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Daniel Garcia got a throw-in 88 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Fausto Romero. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquez Padolles in the 94th minute of play forced Infami di Canaus's goalkeeper Angelo Mazzocco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
