Ismael Pereira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gofar Pohan in the 2nd minute of play. Ismael Pereira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jojon Sopandi, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Luizinho Cordeiro's late challenge caught a Kranji Crunchy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luizinho Cordeiro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th minute, Luizinho Cordeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ireng Hamid could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Ismael Pereira made a huge save. Kranji Crunchy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jojon Sopandi in the 8th minute. After taking down the ball on Kranji Crunchy's corner Bule Amin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ismael Pereira quite easily take care of the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Ireng Hamid dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ismael Pereira, 1-0. Ismael Pereira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ireng Hamid in the 13th minute. The supporters of Nova Iguaçu MZFC booed when Kranji Crunchy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muammer Oytun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Ismael Pereira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Nova Iguaçu MZFC from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes into the match, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jojon Sopandi came free, but Ismael Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Ismael Pereira got control of the ball when Demas Tarusbawa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Carlos Fernando Bertassi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ireng Hamid could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Ismael Pereira made a huge save. Ismael Pereira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jojon Sopandi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Nova Iguaçu MZFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Dito Velloso hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Ireng Hamid took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ismael Pereira to make any attempt to save it. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Ismael Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jojon Sopandi in the 39th minute of play. Ismael Pereira was a little too slow when Ireng Hamid got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 43rd minute, Gofar Pohan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Gofar Pohan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ismael Pereira was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Ismael Pereira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gofar Pohan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ian de Godoi was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Kranji Crunchy's goalkeeper Rio Wahyudi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Nova Iguaçu MZFC defense, Ireng Hamid kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ismael Pereira. The Nova Iguaçu MZFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ismael Pereira should have stopped the shot. When Kranji Crunchy's Jojon Sopandi in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goalie prevented a goal. Ian de Godoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ireng Hamid hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Ismael Pereira came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Kranji Crunchy's Ireng Hamid. But to his dismay, Ireng Hamid quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Ismael Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gofar Pohan in the 77th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Carlos Fernando Bertassi got a free kick in the 80th minute. Ismael Pereira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jojon Sopandi, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gofar Pohan in the 90th minute of play forced Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goalkeeper Ismael Pereira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Pereira came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Kranji Crunchy's Jojon Sopandi. But to his dismay, Jojon Sopandi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. When the referee ended the match the Kranji Crunchy players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
