Agro Imortal's Sixto Naldo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Wout Rosbach, made in the 10th minute of the game. 11 minutes into the match, Fauna Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Romero came free, but Jacob Vrancx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Sousa in the 13th minute of play forced Fauna Utd's goalkeeper Jacob Vrancx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Romero might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacob Vrancx. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luís Romero ran back to his position shaking his head. Jacob Vrancx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 minutes of play, Agro Imortal's Luís Romero made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacob Vrancx was left in no man's land by his defense there! Manuel Sena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Van Clijnebreugel in the 18th minute of play. If Luís Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fauna Utd's Jacob Vrancx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Romero in the 22nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Fauna Utd defense, Luís Romero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacob Vrancx. The Fauna Utd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacob Vrancx should have stopped the shot. In the 27th match minute, Fauna Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robrecht deconinck to maneuver through the defense. Agro Imortal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jere Mitovski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Agro Imortal's attentive Augusto Dias managed to snatch the ball when Maman Papachronopoulos made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. When Agro Imortal's Jere Mitovski in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Agro Imortal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
