Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Philip Nevin got the match started through his kick off. Danny Parks struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. David Johans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arrows Academy FC. After 10 played minutes Defensores de Belén got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Handi. George Broom's shot from long distance in the 11th minute was not bad at all, but Defensores de Belén's David Johans knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. The supporters of Defensores de Belén booed when Arrows Academy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jason Brayford didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Handi in the 13th minute of play forced Arrows Academy FC's goalkeeper Danny Oliver to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Defensores de Belén's goalkeeper David Johans had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Philip Nevin. After 18 played minutes Wes Bray rounded Defensores de Belén's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Belén's Herminio Irrintzi got a free kick in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Marco Goizeder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Defensores de Belén's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Goizeder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danny Oliver breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 33 minutes, Herminio Irrintzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores de Belén's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herminio Irrintzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Arrows Academy FC's Grant Yeo got a free kick in the 34th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Goizeder in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Danny Oliver prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paolo Errapel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Danny Oliver having to make a save. Paolo Errapel kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

Ron Westerby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Johans having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Defensores de Belén's goal looked a bit too open when Philip Nevin came free, but David Johans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute of the match Arrows Academy FC got a corner. Defensores de Belén's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. George Broom ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Arrows Academy FC's George Broom to fire away a dangerous shot which David Johans despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 67th minute Philip Nevin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Johans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Danny Parks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. David Johans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philip Nevin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, Arrows Academy FC's goalkeeper Danny Oliver had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Goizeder. Defensores de Belén's Paolo Errapel quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Victor Stayton, made in the 81st minute of the game. After 83 played minutes Arrows Academy FC got a freekick which was hit by Philip Nevin. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Belén's Jorge Veremundo got a free kick in the 95th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Arrows Academy FC fully deserved thier win.
