Fabien Lafont stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oliver Giliusson's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Fabien Lafont showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludwig Broberg in the 7th minute of the match. Oliver Giliusson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Fabien Lafont tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Ludwig Broberg came free, but Fabien Lafont reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Sledgehammer KO's Peter Vesterberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabien Lafont narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Sledgehammer KO's Torgny Biörkman got a free kick in the 16th minute. A collision led to Sledgehammer KO getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Torsten Hedlund hit a great ball. Edvard Berg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Ekberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Sledgehammer KO's Ulf Mogren got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute Emanuel Carlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvard Berg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Sledgehammer KO's Edvard Berg got control of the ball when Emanuel Carlsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peter Vesterberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jörgen Nordin kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Sledgehammer KO's Torsten Hedlund got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, Ulf Mogren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 played minutes, Polly Magoo Juniors's Etienne Joubert shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edvard Berg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Polly Magoo Juniors reached it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Carlsson to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Polly Magoo Juniors's Etienne Joubert got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Oliver Giliusson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Fabien Lafont made a huge save. 55 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goalkeeper Fabien Lafont had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peter Vesterberg. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peter Vesterberg got free with Fabien Lafont in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Giliusson came free, but Fabien Lafont reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th match minute, Polly Magoo Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Lang to maneuver through the defense. Torgny Biörkman successfully managed to get himself past Polly Magoo Juniors's defense and had a dream possibility and totally alone with Fabien Lafont everyone thought he would score, but the ball went just outside the top right corner. The audience was convinced that Oliver Giliusson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabien Lafont was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. If Oliver Giliusson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ludwig Broberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabien Lafont read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. In the 85th play minute Peter Vesterberg came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fabien Lafont. 0-1. If Peter Vesterberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oliver Giliusson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
