PP Plessydask's Babe Baadegaard managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Peng Yue in the 28 minute of the game. Januário Rangel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robbie Rullhøj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Robbie Rullhøj's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Januário Rangel was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind PP Plessydask's goalkeeper Jan Abrahamsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 43 minutes into the match, MEXACOMX's goal looked a bit too open when Robbie Rullhøj came free, but Januário Rangel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robbie Rullhøj to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpected shot in the 52nd minute by Robbie Rullhøj got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a little luck, MEXACOMX's Januário Rangel got control of the ball when Robbie Rullhøj tried to sneak it across the goal line. PP Plessydask's Edgar Marques was substituted for Robbie Rullhøj. PP Plessydask's Lu Sheng Peng managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Damaso Palben in the 63 minute of the game. If Edgar Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. MEXACOMX's Januário Rangel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save MEXACOMX from getting a goal against them. In the 68th minute Edgar Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Januário Rangel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the game, PP Plessydask's Edgar Marques nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Januário Rangel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardo Guerra in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Abrahamsson saved PP Plessydask from getting behind. 77 minutes into the match, MEXACOMX's Ricardo Guerra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan Abrahamsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 79 minutes PP Plessydask's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kjetil-André Grønseth who took care of the corner kick. MEXACOMX's Peng Yue was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jan Abrahamsson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 81 minutes into the match, MEXACOMX's goalkeeper Januário Rangel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgar Marques. Damaso Palben hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Edgar Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Januário Rangel having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, one of MEXACOMX:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 0-2 came through a penalty shot after 94 played minutes, when PP Plessydask:s Holger Hvidegaard calmly waited for MEXACOMX:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. The PP Plessydask supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing PP Plessydask would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
