Pascual Macia might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Torres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pascual Macia ran back to his position shaking his head. INTER de Córdoba's Santiago Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Macia in the 20th minute of play. Damián Åkerman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Canyelles having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Marc Mateu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Santiago Torres. The goal made the score 1-0. 33 minutes into the match, INTER de Córdoba's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Macia came free, but Santiago Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Justino Eusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Canyelles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute of the match Red Hawk Football Club got a corner. INTER de Córdoba's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carles Miramont ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Carles Miramont almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but INTER de Córdoba's Santiago Torres did a great save. Rene Bernad thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Santiago Torres, a very annoying self made goal in the 46th minute which led to 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carles Miramont was the one to do the kick off. INTER de Córdoba's Santiago Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaume Vilardell in the 54th minute of play. In the 71st minute Pascual Macia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the game, Pascual Macia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Albert Canyelles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Isauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Genaro Tauro hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Santiago Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferran Planes in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by INTER de Córdoba's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ascencio Marques was slow to take the kick. During this time Red Hawk Football Club's players had a chance to rest. Aleix Rosanes made a great header on Red Hawk Football Club's corner, it was just that INTER de Córdoba's Santiago Torres managed to reach the ball for a save. Red Hawk Football Club's Ferran Planes got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
