Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Aston Birra's Aristeo Campomanes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Juniors FC's Lázaro Colon got control of the ball when Aristeo Campomanes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Manuel Gibert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Isias in the 5th minute of the match. The supporters of Juniors FC booed when Aston Birra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitinho Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juniors FC's Lázaro Colon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristeo Campomanes in the 16th minute of play. Aston Birra's Tor Brønager quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Uriel Isias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Gibert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Tor Brønager hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Aston Birra made a substitution. Ubaldo Goyanes replaced Aristeo Campomanes. The supporters of Juniors FC booed when Aston Birra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tor Brønager didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute Ubaldo Goyanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Colon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Juniors FC's goalkeeper Lázaro Colon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Enrique Frasco might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Manuel Gibert. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrique Frasco ran back to his position shaking his head. Enrique Frasco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Manuel Gibert made a huge save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Juniors FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Aston Birra.
