Gorgory's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Indris Tomass was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, Gorgory's goal looked a bit too open when Artūrs Sagalats came free, but Abel Orlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Oscar Arevalo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jānis Lielais was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. The throw-in from Renāts Skipors in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gorgory's Donatello Caseres. After 15 minutes, Oscar Arevalo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gorgory and the SK Annenieki players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th match minute, Gorgory was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Arevalo to maneuver through the defense. Abel Orlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indris Tomass in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Indris Tomass got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Gorgory's Oscar Arevalo in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Magnus Vase had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Artūrs Sagalats to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, SK Annenieki's Artūrs Sagalats sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abel Orlan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 52nd minute, SK Annenieki's Artūrs Sagalats ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abel Orlan. Artūrs Sagalats had several of the Gorgory's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 59 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artūrs Sagalats in the 78th minute of play forced Gorgory's goalkeeper Abel Orlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Jāzeps Pics dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Abel Orlan, 0-4. SK Annenieki made a substitution. Viestards Graudiņš replaced Renāts Skipors. 84 minutes into the match, SK Annenieki's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Arevalo came free, but Jānis Lielais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SK Annenieki's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
