Per-Arne Löfkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. If Henrik Christoffersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, KD Stiger's Kurt Holmberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Peker Baycan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 14th minute Jack Tolsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peker Baycan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaf Rudberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mustafa Emrah Ulusoy in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in AKHisaR's zone, Roy Sundberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peker Baycan came out of the goal and Roy Sundberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peker Baycan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Tolsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. With an all-out effort, AKHisaR's Gustaf Rudberg threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ahmet Necdet Baştugay, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 35 minutes, Per-Arne Löfkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KD Stiger and the AKHisaR players grew even worse after the yellow card. Per-Arne Löfkvist hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. KD Stiger's Gustaf Rudberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save KD Stiger from getting a goal against them. Mustafa Emrah Ulusoy hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mustafa Emrah Ulusoy was the one to do the kick off. Vilgot Sandberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Peker Baycan could save by the left post. Mustafa Emrah Ulusoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Gustaf Rudberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vilgot Sandberg hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Gustaf Rudberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Emrah Ulusoy in the 65th minute of play. In the 70th match minute, AKHisaR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yaser Osmanlıoğlu to maneuver through the defense. Yaser Osmanlıoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Peker Baycan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Roy Sundberg. After a rather tough play, AKHisaR's Ahmet Harun Ayaydın got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 74 played minutes AKHisaR got a freekick which was hit by Reha Dertsiz. After 80 played minutes KD Stiger got a freekick which was hit by Oskar Offendahl. After 84 minutes of play, AKHisaR's Mustafa Emrah Ulusoy made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustaf Rudberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! 87 minutes into the game, Henrik Christoffersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KD Stiger's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AKHisaR the free kick. Henrik Christoffersson hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute of the match Arslan Çubukcu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gustaf Rudberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 95 minutes into the match, KD Stiger's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Emrah Ulusoy came free, but Gustaf Rudberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AKHisaR had won after a very even match.
