Guga Tavares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doychin Karamalkov in the 2nd minute of the match. After 4 minutes Mexilhão F. C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tzvyatko Shanov who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Ivan Perišić got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Guga Tavares quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Doychin Karamalkov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Guga Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mexilhão F. C.'s Guga Tavares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doychin Karamalkov in the 12th minute of play. Guga Tavares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Doychin Karamalkov went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Guga Tavares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doychin Karamalkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Doychin Karamalkov hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Ramiro Sousa hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Dragolyub Buchkov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Guga Tavares made a huge save. Guga Tavares made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Dragolyub Buchkov sent off a good shot on target. ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг's Georgi Velinov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafino Herena in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doychin Karamalkov in the 38th minute of play forced Mexilhão F. C.'s goalkeeper Guga Tavares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Doychin Karamalkov in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guga Tavares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Dragolyub Buchkov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guga Tavares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Guga Tavares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dragolyub Buchkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute, Radoy Froloshki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anaia Barba during the 66th minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг were victorious despite being under pressure from Mexilhão F. C. for much of the match.
