In the 30thth minute of the game Christian Pelliccioni who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Kolos's Geovani Baiano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Pelliccioni in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geovani Baiano saved FC Kolos from getting behind. Vandalino's Octav Alexa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Vandalino from getting a goal against them. Octav Alexa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vladyslav Galuschak in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute Vandalino were awarded a corner. Fabrizio Lovera went to the cornerflag to take it. Vandalino's Fabrizio Lovera was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Geovani Baiano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Geovani Baiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Attilio Sanna in the 41st minute of play. After 42 minutes FC Kolos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabrizio Lovera who took care of the corner kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Anatoliy Musiyko hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferruccio Terrasi in the 58th minute of play forced FC Kolos's goalkeeper Geovani Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Vandalino fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Vandalino's Attilio Sanna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 68th minute, Vladyslav Galuschak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FC Kolos getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Geovani Baiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Pelliccioni in the 73rd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, FC Kolos's goalkeeper Geovani Baiano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Attilio Sanna. Vandalino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Attilio Sanna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Vandalino players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
