Cornelio Cordearo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Stephen in the 6th minute of the match. Wang Lei made in the 8th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Domingo Austin however managed to control. In the 9th match minute, Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wang Lei to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingo Austin during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. ♦Diabetes♦ made a substitution. Cosme Gilen replaced Carolo Stephen. Domingo Austin hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Club's goalkeeper Cornelio Cordearo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cosme Gilen scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cornelio Cordearo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 22 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Gilen came free, but Cornelio Cordearo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Chorache stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Epifanio Txomin's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Jonas Chorache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Lano, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Racing Club's Cornelio Cordearo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Gilen in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Cosme Gilen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cornelio Cordearo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Cornelio Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Gilen, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Epifanio Txomin took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Jonas Chorache to make any attempt to save it. In the 44th match minute, ♦Diabetes♦ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Eli to maneuver through the defense. Jonas Chorache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epifanio Txomin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Wang Lei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half ♦Diabetes♦ were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Racing Club's Efmamjjasond Bronco was substituted for Mario Silban. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cosme Gilen was the one to do the kick off. Epifanio Txomin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonas Chorache read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After 57 minutes ♦Diabetes♦'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gaston Bartuelo who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Gaston Bartuelo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonas Chorache quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Epifanio Txomin in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonas Chorache prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Racing Club getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Wang Lei hit a great ball. Racing Club's Luciano Pirro was substituted for Epifanio Txomin. After 64 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Wang Lei. After having played for 70 minutes, Luciano Pirro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luciano Pirro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cornelio Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Gilen in the 74th minute of play. In the 84th minute Luciano Pirro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Chorache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute of the match Racing Club got a corner. ♦Diabetes♦'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gaston Bartuelo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Gaston Bartuelo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonas Chorache quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Luciano Pirro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonas Chorache read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. After some careless play in the ♦Diabetes♦ defense, Luciano Pirro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonas Chorache. The ♦Diabetes♦ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonas Chorache should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Racing Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while ♦Diabetes♦ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
