If Turgut Soyuer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Ripa FC's goalkeeper Aldo Mannie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Turgut Soyuer. David Abad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gu Chang Peng in the 13th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Ripa FC's goalkeeper Aldo Mannie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Danell Mackiathan. If Gu Chang Peng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Lucjan Falkiewicz was substituted for Danell Mackiathan. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

57 minutes in the game Xu Yong Feng did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Luan Pombo. 59 minutes into the match, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Gu Chang Peng came free, but David Abad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gu Chang Peng got free with David Abad in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aldo Mannie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Gu Chang Peng came free, but David Abad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Long Xiang Yuan got a free kick in the 74th minute. Ripa FC made a substitution. Ricardo Bochini replaced Kazimierz Domin. Long Xiang Yuan kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardo Bochini in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Abad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. David Abad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Bochini in the 79th minute of the match. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Lin Yun Fan was substituted for Cui Peng Sen. With an all-out effort, Ripa FC's David Abad threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ricardo Bochini, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Ripa FC's Placido Pero got a free kick in the 88th minute. Aldo Mannie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Turgut Soyuer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Placido Pero charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Placido Pero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd minute of the match Su Jian Jie shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aldo Mannie showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 94th minute, Ripa FC's Franz Grassme ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind David Abad. David Abad yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1.

With new strength the players walked out on the field for the first half of overtime. Turgut Soyuer in Chinese CJ Youth Academy was the one to initiate the kick off. Ricardo Bochini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 101st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Abad having to make a save. In the 107th match minute, Ripa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Lalla to maneuver through the defense.

The players looked a little tired but resolute before the second half of the overtime, where Franz Grassme took the kick off. Wincent Jaroch hit a great freekick 117 minutes into the match.
