In the 8th minute Fulgencio Peru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Spase Kastrati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ✩ Pep Team ✩'s Spase Kastrati played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Peru in the 10th minute of play. Marcelo Gagriel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Žarko Nedzipi, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Franck Gamel hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Marcelo Gagriel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Žarko Nedzipi in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute Franck Gamel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Gagriel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute Jimmy Hjälm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Gagriel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Gagriel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Žarko Nedzipi in the 30th minute of the match. After 31 minutes, Fulgencio Peru made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. ✩ Pep Team ✩'s Spase Kastrati tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jimmy Hjälm took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Gagriel. Marcelo Gagriel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a rather tough play, ✩ Pep Team ✩'s Svetislav Ristani got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, a hard, long distance shot from Csaba Bihari hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. The supporters of Xeneizes booed when ✩ Pep Team ✩ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Mourato didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Žarko Nedzipi in the 48th minute of play forced Xeneizes's goalkeeper Marcelo Gagriel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fulgencio Peru was the one to do the kick off. Spase Kastrati stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fulgencio Peru's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Franck Gamel took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Gagriel. Marcelo Gagriel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 56 minutes, Jakov Bundev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ✩ Pep Team ✩ and the Xeneizes players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ✩ Pep Team ✩'s Jakov Bundev got a free kick in the 56th minute. Xeneizes were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after ✩ Pep Team ✩'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Csaba Bihari took the corner. Csaba Bihari made a great header on Xeneizes's corner, it was just that ✩ Pep Team ✩'s Spase Kastrati managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 74thth minute of the game Fulgencio Peru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ✩ Pep Team ✩'s Spase Kastrati was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Xeneizes's goalkeeper Marcelo Gagriel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Franck Gamel. Fulgencio Peru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Spase Kastrati read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute Aristides Nastasio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Spase Kastrati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Fulgencio Peru put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Spase Kastrati. Xeneizes made a substitution. Qi Xun replaced Aristides Nastasio. Xeneizes's German Platon was substituted for Eusebiu Gârbovan. Spase Kastrati took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Peru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xeneizes's supporters crossed their fingers, but German Platon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ✩ Pep Team ✩'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
