In the 34thth minute of the game Shi Ming who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Philotimo's Alexandro Gavilanes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st match minute, FC Philotimo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Alvarez to maneuver through the defense. Alexandro Gavilanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Laurentzi in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Shi Ming was the one to do the kick off. Shi Ming's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexandro Gavilanes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. After 71 minutes of play, Terremoto FC's Hilario Duarte made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexandro Gavilanes was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Philotimo made a substitution. Fabian Vime replaced Xeromo Garibay. FC Philotimo's Lucílio Vilanova was substituted for Patricio Igartua. Terremoto FC made a substitution. Bernard Mietus replaced Shi Ming. After 76 played minutes Terremoto FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernard Mietus. In the 77th minute of the match Elco Vid sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kenneth Libesoons skillfully saved the ball. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Philotimo's goalkeeper Alexandro Gavilanes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Philotimo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hilario Duarte was slow to take the kick. During this time Terremoto FC's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Terremoto FC booed when FC Philotimo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Vime didn't get a good kick on the ball. Figueroa Machado scored 1-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kenneth Libesoons, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Terremoto FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
