In the 14th match minute, Mánthia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rahman Dilhan to maneuver through the defense. When Gabriel dos Santos came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Cactos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel dos Santos couldn't finish the play. Bran Allison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Dicastillo in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Conrado Capixaba suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Aigeus Laganas fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mánthia's protests and gave Aigeus Laganas a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes Mánthia got a freekick which was hit by Aigeus Laganas. Cactos's Bran Allison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anestis Katsambis in the 23rd minute of play. Bran Allison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Dicastillo in the 26th minute of the match. Koulis Mestas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cengizhan Baycan in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Cengizhan Baycan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Koulis Mestas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Koulis Mestas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cengizhan Baycan in the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cengizhan Baycan in the 59th minute of play forced Mánthia's goalkeeper Koulis Mestas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bran Allison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anestis Katsambis, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Koulis Mestas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cengizhan Baycan in the 65th minute of play. The Cactos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Alkmaion Bourikas kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After having played for 77 minutes, Cengizhan Baycan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cactos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cengizhan Baycan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juan Luis Rufo lost his temper 82 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cactos! In the 88th match minute, Cactos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorival de Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Cactos's Bran Allison got control of the ball when Dionisio Dicastillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 92 minutes of play, Mánthia's Evripidis Fitrakis made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bran Allison was left in no man's land by his defense there! A sloppy throw-in by Anestis Katsambis in the 96th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cactos's Nando Leal.
