Ahmet Sedat Sefa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gustav Kock hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Özbek Samet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wambasther Henry in the 11th minute of play. ΠΑΟΚ FC's Özbek Samet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save ΠΑΟΚ FC from getting a goal against them. Sotiris Zacharakis scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmet Sedat Sefa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Özbek Samet managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Bendensin SK's Wambasther Henry fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Okaner Verim came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Özbek Samet could save by the left post. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Wambasther Henry took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Özbek Samet to make any attempt to save it. In the 43rdth minute of the game Wambasther Henry who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ΠΑΟΚ FC's Özbek Samet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Wambasther Henry lined in a short shot 3-2 behind a frustrated Özbek Samet. In the 46th minute Zheng Yang Zhen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Sedat Sefa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

ΠΑΟΚ FC made a substitution. Isaias Oso replaced Ronaldão Mendonça. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wambasther Henry was the one to do the kick off. Isaias Oso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaias Oso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bendensin SK's Ahmet Sedat Sefa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Bendensin SK from getting a goal against them. Özbek Samet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Chesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Wambasther Henry's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Özbek Samet was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. In the 94th minute, ΠΑΟΚ FC's Akakios Kazantzidis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ahmet Sedat Sefa. Ahmet Sedat Sefa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-4.

The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bendensin SK fans cheered their team off the field, for while ΠΑΟΚ FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
