Spectators: 514 (Terracing: 386, Seating: 118, VIP seats: 10) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dadá Maravilha got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Colo-Colo booed when Real Llull de Reus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ebardo Martinez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute, Rubén Martínez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the match, Colo-Colo's goal looked a bit too open when Zaid Malek came free, but Eladio Escalona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eladio Escalona had in the 11thth minute some difficulties stopping Dadá Maravilha's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Simón Iñiguez hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Eladio Escalona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaid Malek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 played minutes Colo-Colo got a freekick which was hit by José Julio Almeida. Ignacio Parra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rubén Martínez in the 27th minute of the match. Julen Casals spun around in front of the goal 36 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Colo-Colo's goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dadá Maravilha in the 40th minute of play forced Colo-Colo's goalkeeper Eladio Escalona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eladio Escalona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dadá Maravilha in the 41st minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Colo-Colo's goal looked a bit too open when Zaid Malek came free, but Eladio Escalona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rubén Martínez was the one to do the kick off. Dadá Maravilha kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Colo-Colo's Eladio Escalona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaid Malek in the 57th minute of play. Eladio Escalona made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dadá Maravilha in the 62nd minute. With a little luck, Colo-Colo's Eladio Escalona got control of the ball when Dadá Maravilha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eladio Escalona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dadá Maravilha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eladio Escalona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dadá Maravilha in the 71st minute of the match. Colo-Colo's Emerson Pereira was substituted for José Julio Almeida. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Rubén Martínez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colo-Colo's supporters rose to their feet, but Rubén Martínez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignacio Parra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Neither team could find the winning goal during normal time. The second half finished 0-0. Extra-time would have to be played.

With new strength the players walked out on the field for the first half of overtime. Tino Sobrado in Real Llull de Reus was the one to initiate the kick off. Mete Uyguner struck a weak shot in the 101st minute. Eladio Escalona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Llull de Reus. Carlitos Caszely could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 103rd minute of the match, but Ignacio Parra made a huge save. 103 minutes into the game, Carlitos Caszely recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ignacio Parra. Carlitos Caszely showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When the referee blew the final whistle, Colo-Colo could leave the field as winners, despite Real Llull de Reus having more of the ball for most of the match.
