Karma Tarich ran back to his position shaking his head. Versannat's Mamadou Mouraud managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Silvio Asier in the 87 minute of the game. Karma Tarich might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fausto da Rocha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Karma Tarich ran back to his position shaking his head. Karma Tarich's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fausto da Rocha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. A collision led to AFC - Curitiba getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Romário Ortiz hit a great ball. Silvio Asier got a throw-in 95 minutes in the game and the ball was received by August Wahlnäs. The AFC - Curitiba players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
