Muhammad Chan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 김 즙 in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Stars's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 강 최 was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Barcelona's players had a chance to rest. FC Barcelona's Roque Bordat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Seng in the 25th minute of play. 姚镇傲 hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Wen Ke Yan came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Roque Bordat could save by the left post. Muhammad Chan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 황보 추, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the game, 황보 추 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Muhammad Chan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 31 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Seng came free, but Roque Bordat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stars's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Claudinei Damião in the 33rd minute. Muhammad Chan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 김 즙, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The supporters of FC Barcelona booed when Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikael Månsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonathan Siong made a kick off. Muhammad Chan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 姚镇傲 in the 51st minute of play. Roque Bordat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wen Ke Yan in the 53rd minute of play. Adam Seng took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roque Bordat. Roque Bordat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 57th minute, Jonathan Siong left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stars fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Siong in the 60th minute of play forced FC Barcelona's goalkeeper Roque Bordat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Stars's Claudinei Damião nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roque Bordat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. In the 70th minute Wen Ke Yan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Bordat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Muhammad Chan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. 79 minutes into the game, 姚镇傲 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Muhammad Chan. 姚镇傲 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-4. In the 83rdth minute of the game Wen Ke Yan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Barcelona's Roque Bordat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 87th minute, Wen Ke Yan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roque Bordat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudy Chandran in the 91st minute of play. Roque Bordat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudy Chandran in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Barcelona eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
