In the 14th minute Eddie Vedder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Urbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eulalio Urbasa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eddie Vedder showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Guilherme Basso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Israel Palben was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Israel Palben took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guilherme Basso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guilherme Basso to strike the kick off in the second half. Bernardino Llorenc got a throw-in 54 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Paolo-César Maldini. Bernardino Llorenc charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
