Ciro Danel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Hermengildo Jorrin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Formentera's supporters rose to their feet, but Hermengildo Jorrin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Danel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Jacindo charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedro Jacindo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Domselaar getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Pedro Jacindo hit a great ball. Leonides Astudillo kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After having played for 8 minutes, Carlos Fernández managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Formentera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Fernández was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florencio Meder's late challenge caught a Formentera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florencio Meder helped the player get up and apologised. Florencio Meder hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Hermengildo Jorrin charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After a rather tough play, Formentera's Hermengildo Jorrin got a free kick in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Serapio in the 13th minute of play forced Formentera's goalkeeper Amanda van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Paulo Enmanuel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ciro Danel. The goal made the score 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Formentera's Domingos Lano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ciro Danel. That made the score 4-0 after 21 minutes of play. Fabio Monte scored 5-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciro Danel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Domselaar's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Paulo Enmanuel scored to the left of an out of position Ciro Danel, making the score, 6-0. Paulo Enmanuel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciro Danel having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Ciro Danel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fabio Monte received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ciro Danel came out and tried to block the shot, but Fabio Monte slotted it home off the left post making it 7-0 in the 37th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Formentera's Paulo Enmanuel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ciro Danel. That made the score 8-0 after 41 minutes of play. 44 minutes into the game, Formentera's Domingos Lano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciro Danel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. In the 47th minute, Leonides Astudillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 9-0.

The supporters of Formentera booed when Domselaar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelino Ganix didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciro Danel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Enmanuel, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Paulo Enmanuel might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciro Danel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulo Enmanuel ran back to his position shaking his head. Ciro Danel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Enmanuel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabio Monte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Ciro Danel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciro Danel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Enmanuel in the 61st minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Paulo Enmanuel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Ciro Danel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Fabio Monte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Domselaar getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Angelino Ganix hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, Domselaar's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Enmanuel came free, but Ciro Danel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Formentera's Blas Estevez was substituted for Paulo Enmanuel. In the 79th minute, Pedro Jacindo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 86 minutes, Blas Estevez made it 12-0 with a short kick to the right side. Domselaar's Ciro Danel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Blas Estevez might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciro Danel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Blas Estevez ran back to his position shaking his head. 90 minutes into the game, Fabio Monte cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 13-0. Ciro Danel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 95 minutes into the match, Blas Estevez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciro Danel. Domselaar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Blas Estevez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 14-0. When the referee ended the match the Formentera players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
