Alex Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florentino Kaiet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pankracy Glogowski having to make a save. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. When Club Atlético Unión's Florentino Kaiet in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 23rd minute Florentino Kaiet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atlético Unión's Artur Malewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Berdoi in the 24th minute of play. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Kaiet in the 26th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şevket Çağa got free with Artur Malewicz in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Artur Malewicz had great luck who in the 37thth minute grab hold of the ball when Marcos Berdoi from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Florentino Kaiet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pankracy Glogowski having to make a save. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Kaiet in the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Florentino Kaiet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcos Berdoi made a kick off. Florentino Kaiet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pankracy Glogowski having to make a save. In the 53rd minute of the match, Florentino Kaiet tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pankracy Glogowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 55 minutes, Florentino Kaiet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Unión's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florentino Kaiet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florentino Kaiet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benigno Abreu charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benigno Abreu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benigno Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 73 minutes, Abel Iban mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Atlanta and the Club Atlético Unión players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florentino Kaiet got free with Pankracy Glogowski in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th match minute, Club Atlético Unión was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgilio Johans to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute Anselmo Nevada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Malewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute of the match Club Atlético Unión got a corner. Club Atlético Atlanta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Victorino Cristofor ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Emiliano Abarca almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski did a great save. Florentino Kaiet might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pankracy Glogowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florentino Kaiet ran back to his position shaking his head. When Alex Mendes came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Club Atlético Unión fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Mendes couldn't finish the play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
