In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cestarolli FC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Cestarolli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cestarolli FC's Reynaldo Cestarolli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfried Spaniol in the 38th minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hulk Bolt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Horácio Donato came out of the goal and Jefferson de Mendonça tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A sloppy throw-in by Tiago Gabriel Branco in the 91st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cestarolli FC's Jefferson de Mendonça. Reynaldo Cestarolli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umberto Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cestarolli FC had won after a very even match.
