Hortêncio Fantini got a throw-in 5 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ime Mavros. Takis Oikonomopoulos made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Lucas-Ignacio Lugano sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Blumenau Esporte Clube's Takis Oikonomopoulos threw himself towards the right post 12 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Danil Shashkov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 14 minutes into the match, Blumenau Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Laurentzi came free, but Narciso Macedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Laurentzi in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Narciso Macedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 23rd minute Carlos-Caetano Bledorn Verri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Danil Shashkov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Takis Oikonomopoulos. The goal made the score 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulo Laurentzi to make the kick off. After 57 played minutes Blumenau Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Seber. 60 minutes into the match, Nonatos United's goal looked a bit too open when Danil Shashkov came free, but Takis Oikonomopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Nonatos United's Paulo Laurentzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Narciso Macedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Nonatos United made a substitution. Frank Tasso replaced Paulo Laurentzi. Nonatos United's Joaquim de Barros was substituted for Ni Hui Yan. Blumenau Esporte Clube's attentive Hortêncio Fantini managed to snatch the ball when Zeca do Valle made a throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Frank Tasso in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Blumenau Esporte Clube's Luís Fernando Rossi. Narciso Macedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Danil Shashkov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Takis Oikonomopoulos having to make a save. 81 minutes into the match, Nonatos United's goal looked a bit too open when Danil Shashkov came free, but Takis Oikonomopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Nonatos United's Frank Tasso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Nildo Dantas was substituted for Luís Fernando Rossi. After a defensive mix-up in Nonatos United's zone, Tami Abraham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Takis Oikonomopoulos came out of the goal and Tami Abraham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hortêncio Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
