Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Villiam Tholsson kicked off to start the match. Folke Bure took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matthias Bern, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenzo Insigne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Staffan Eckegren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Insigne in the 9th minute of play forced G A I S's goalkeeper Staffan Eckegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matthias Bern took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Folke Bure. Folke Bure dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, North Pole Kickers's goal looked a bit too open when Matthias Bern came free, but Folke Bure reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, North Pole Kickers's Knut Lundgren got a free kick in the 19th minute. G A I S's Matthias Bern got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Villiam Tholsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Staffan Eckegren having to interfere. Folke Bure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Washington Andrade in the 32nd minute of play. Stefan Wahlström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Bure having to interfere. After 38 played minutes North Pole Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Marian Czysta. 39 minutes into the match, Herman Källberg notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of North Pole Kickers's Folke Bure. Folke Bure was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 41 minutes into the game, Stefan Wahlström threw the ball into play from the sideline. North Pole Kickers's Timmy Lindblom quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of North Pole Kickers booed when G A I S was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixten Ståhlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th minute, North Pole Kickers's Gösta Ekgren dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2.

The audience was convinced that Matthias Bern's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Folke Bure was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. 57 minutes into the match, North Pole Kickers's goalkeeper Folke Bure had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cléber Marinho. Folke Bure acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 58th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marcu Dobrin. Folke Bure made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matthias Bern in the 60th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lorenzo Insigne in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Staffan Eckegren saved G A I S from getting behind. North Pole Kickers made a substitution. Peter Arvidsson replaced Henrik Back. North Pole Kickers's Anders Byström was substituted for Lorenzo Insigne. North Pole Kickers were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after G A I S's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gösta Ekgren took the corner. When Matthias Bern came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the G A I S fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthias Bern couldn't finish the play. After 76 played minutes North Pole Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Forsberg. Folke Bure was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Matthias Bern capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Matthias Bern really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind North Pole Kickers's goalkeeper Folke Bure, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, North Pole Kickers's goalkeeper Folke Bure had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthias Bern. After a rather tough play, North Pole Kickers's Leonardo Forsberg got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Matthias Bern reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Folke Bure. The goal made the score 1-4. Matthias Bern succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-5 in the 97th playminute. The North Pole Kickers fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. G A I S were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
