Gartzen Ceceil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Christophe Troxler made a huge save. In the 6th minute, Reuben Meade left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Montevideo City Torque fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Christophe Troxler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gartzen Ceceil in the 14th minute of the match. Gartzen Ceceil might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christophe Troxler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gartzen Ceceil ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Álvarez in the 19th minute of play forced Tracto's goalkeeper Gigih Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th match minute, Tracto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Ferman to maneuver through the defense. Reuben Meade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gigih Buffon having to interfere. If Reuben Meade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gigih Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reuben Meade in the 32nd minute of the match. A collision led to Tracto getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Gerardo Tabardillo hit a great ball. Tracto's Gerardo Tabardillo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cresconio Bobis, made in the 38th minute of the game. After 38 played minutes Montevideo City Torque got a freekick which was hit by Cresconio Bobis. In the 49th minute, Benito Gallegos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Tracto players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Montevideo City Torque were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Gartzen Ceceil made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gartzen Ceceil in the 58th minute of play forced Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Christophe Troxler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tracto's Gartzen Ceceil in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Montevideo City Torque's goalie prevented a goal. Gigih Buffon made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Reuben Meade sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Montevideo City Torque's Gigih Buffon threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cristian Leizaur, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 67th minute Cristian Leizaur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigih Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gigih Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reuben Meade in the 70th minute. A collision led to Montevideo City Torque getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Ticho Covarrubias hit a great ball. Tracto's Dionisio Quinito was substituted for Gartzen Ceceil. The supporters of Tracto booed when Montevideo City Torque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ticho Covarrubias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christophe Troxler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Quinito, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Quinito in the 86th minute of play forced Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Christophe Troxler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Agustín Álvarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Tracto fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Montevideo City Torque were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
