Conrado Velez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Parrau having to interfere. Marco Quera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nedas Gol having to interfere. In the 12th match minute, Copaquire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Gazitúa to maneuver through the defense. Conrado Velez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Parrau having to interfere. Kiliz Gonzáles came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonatan Parrau could save by the left post. 23 minutes into the match, Copaquire's goalkeeper Jonatan Parrau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kiliz Gonzáles. 26 minutes into the match, Saint Sophia's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Celedón came free, but Nedas Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Conrado Velez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saint Sophia's supporters rose to their feet, but Conrado Velez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonatan Parrau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Jonatan Parrau managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Saint Sophia's Kiliz Gonzáles fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kiliz Gonzáles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Jonatan Parrau made a huge save. The Saint Sophia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Copaquire were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Kiliz Gonzáles made the kick off in the second half. Copaquire's Lorenzo Celedón got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute of the match, Eleazar Canío tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nedas Gol saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Echedey Orozco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nedas Gol having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Copaquire's Siluna Guerra got a free kick in the 58th minute. Echedey Orozco kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Pau Soupper managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saint Sophia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pau Soupper was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eleuterio Loyola hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Jonatan Parrau didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kiliz Gonzáles went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Kiliz Gonzáles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Eleazar Canío came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Copaquire fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eleazar Canío couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lorenzo Celedón got free with Nedas Gol in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kiliz Gonzáles in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonatan Parrau saved Copaquire from getting behind. A collision led to Saint Sophia getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Eleuterio Loyola hit a great ball. Lorenzo Celedón sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Copaquire's zone, Eleuterio Loyola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Parrau came out of the goal and Eleuterio Loyola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saint Sophia's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
