An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacob Schoonderwoerd in the 3rd minute of play forced SPEO F.C.'s goalkeeper Alvaro Lorien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th match minute, Torpedos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Igon to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Torpedos AFC's Atilano Estebe got a free kick in the 7th minute. The supporters of Torpedos AFC booed when SPEO F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Gudesteo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torpedos AFC's Andres Niguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Ongile in the 12th minute of play. Andres Niguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralf Brenner in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute SPEO F.C. were awarded a corner. Ralf Brenner went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on SPEO F.C.'s corner Ralf Brenner fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Andres Niguel quite easily take care of the ball. After 23 minutes SPEO F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ivan Enaut who took care of the corner kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eustaquio Roldan in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Lorien saved SPEO F.C. from getting behind. When SPEO F.C.'s Ralf Brenner in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benito Igon got free with Alvaro Lorien in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd minute, Laureano Laurgain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvaro Lorien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Enaut in the 64th minute of the match. Andres Niguel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Brenner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eustaquio Iztal kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. SPEO F.C.'s Alvaro Lorien proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save SPEO F.C. from getting a goal against them. Benito Igon succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 81st playminute. If Benito Igon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Godfredo Arnau during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Torpedos AFC to win.
